This is a blog to document some of my finer moments in the kitchen. I am a recent science graduate but enjoy nothing more than thinking, creating and tasting delicious food! It’s a (healthy) obsession and I’m soon going to pursue a masters degree in ‘Food Science’ such that I can make my passion my work. I’m not one for recipes and apologise in advance for the likely use of some pretty tenuous terms – I’m thinking a big dollop, generous splash and a good glug!
